Tasty pizza which we really enjoyed. I've been discriminated against, and let's just say I don't know the whole story, but as we pulled up there were a couple of men lifting a mobility scooter into the restaurant, up the 2 steps. Didn't eat here. Enjoy the deep seats and every sailors favorite staple, fish & chips, while browsing the large selection of beer on tap and watching the people mill about by Berth 2. So far, It is all good! We arrived in Ketchikan yesterday, and are going to be here for a few days at least. Even though it was pricey, it was still good. I tried the prime rib crepe with avocado Delicious!
I came by Ketchikan on a cruise, and I tried this Filipino restaurant out a few days ago. Its always clean when I come in. The food was delicious, the rice being my favorite part of the meal. I'm definitely coming back here on my next trip to Alaska! If your port time is a bit early for clam chowder and beers, Ketchikan Alaska still wont let you down. Therefore I believe that this is a bogus offer. The best restaurant in Ketchikan. He makes the best chocolates I've ever tasted! The beautiful Landing Restaurant in Ketchikan, Alaska is conveniently located across the street from the Alaska Marine Highway Ferry Terminal and directly across the beautiful Tongass Narrows from the Ketchikan International Airport.
The BEST restaurant in Ketchikan! Paula the owner is great and or bartender Willie was awesome. All food came out hot and had good taste and was glad we stopped by. Fish & Chips in Ketchikan. Also like the ice and water self serve station. Tight parking,more. Just sliced. The service was awesome! Bread wasn't actually grilled/toasted. Even saw a bald eagle fly by! Not even with tax and tip.

Ugh. I wanted to do a shout out to my favs. I appreciated that the veggies were fresh and crisp and everything was hot and delivered quickly. Thats just a small bit of what we are about at 108.

The fries were golden and crispy. We had a great time, great drinks, and awesome food. Unfortunately, after leaving a restaurant that was unwilling to substitute chili for meat on their nachos, we ended up trying to come here. All bartenders at this place are on spot! Indifferent restaurant wait server. Mexican & Italian favorites served in a relaxed dining room with decor inspired by ancient Rome. Sandwiches on nice croissant. Lots of people, but the wait wasn't too long. Nothing fancy but you'll be treated well. Press the question mark key to get the keyboard shortcuts for changing dates. Oysters were awesome, tasted fresh and tabasco+vinegar added a nice balance to the kelp pickles. At this local favorite, you will find a wide variety of Alaskan brews lined up on tap for your tasting. I've eaten here twice and the food was good both times. Nestled in a well-loved historic hotel, our neighborhood kitchen offers a thoughtful selection of food, beer, wine, coffee & desserts.
And there was one whole egg dropped in to cook in the soup. So good! But the tastes are spot on. The food was very good and reasonably priced (for Ketchikan). I understand there is a labor shortage. 
It was an easy 10 minute walk from the pier. It's a small little restaurant with just a few tables and a few seats outside. In the evening on some nights there is live music. Nice beer selection, friendly service, and some gorgeous views on the outside deck (covered). The tram was not running which makes it a challenging hike from town or expensive taxi ride.
Chowders are popular at all the restaurants the cooler temps and rainforest atmosphere lend well to a warm bowl of chowder any time of year. You can stop by New York Cafe without joining a tour to enjoy fresh, local seafood, and American and Mediterranean cuisine with vegetarian options at your own pace. I would 100% recommend going. Decent flavor just didnt expect the dish to be prepared unbarbequed. The crab was the best I've ever had and the fish look small but they were DENSE. I was told by a couple I sat next to at the bar that the food was good. The sushi is better than I'd expect from grocery store sushi. My pants no longer fit correctly, there is an unfamiliar interaction happening with my belt when I sit down, my new ambition on this little island is to try the whole menu. I thought it was Inihaw na baboy, not. More like it was sauted on a skillet (adobo). Even the Bloody Mary tastes like it was made in a smokehouse. According to her it was extremely bland. The hilltop dining in Cape Fox Lodge is about as posh as Ketchikan gets and certainly worth the short climb to get here. The breading was more like fishsticks and was so thin and what shone through was the freshness in the halibut. Not only do I get some of my favorite CostCo but they sell whole cuts of meat at a decent price per pound. Fast, hot, delicious. We were on an Alaskan cruise in Ketchikan. I really enjoyed this restaurant! The Alaska Fish House is more of a crab-shack type establishment, so look for hearty servings of fish tacos, fish and chips, fish burgers, and hamburgers. All fish is fresh & locally processed.
Great fresh desserts. While there, we asked a local where to eat and drink. Fish 'n' chips, big burgers & old-school milkshakes served up in no-frills spot with just 4 tables. Love my latte. We at breakfast on the ship before wemore, Have to come!
I couldn't believe that the produce was so bruised and not-so-fresh looking either but all in all the people were friendly and it was fast and Speedy and I could go right from the door to the car.
Substantial portions of no-frills, filling food served in a plain but traditional diner with fast service, automatic coffee refills and a plain-speaking cross section of the local populace. They really are a cut above the typical coffee joints. Take your pick of fish cod, salmon or halibut and then your coating in batter or a bun. None of the three people in my party liked the drinks they made for us. Very awesome food!!! The fries were also fried perfectly and seasoned well. Ten varieties, including one with a Polish sausage and a hamburger patty, plus 30 flavors of milkshake are served out of a small space just north of the road tunnel. Friendly staff! Figured I would give the place a try. Trs magnifque! Tracking number is not functional and after repeated attempts to contact the company regarding missing order, received no response. Currently they only have Great little bar. Seafood in Ketchikan. And the prawns were left in shell (still with the vein), they were rubber and flavorless. Some of the meals available at the Pantry include Berry Medley Stuffed French Toast, Chicken and Bacon Ranch Grilled cheese sandwich, bacon and egg muffin with salad and chips, or a Mac n Cheese Burger. They seriously rock Alaska! Locally owned and operated! DELICIOUS food and very friendly staff. They made us feel welcomed and gave us an amazing experience.
The majority of the waitresses are young so they need to work on staying on focus and not mess around so much. Cant even call this a Pilipino dish. Stopped by for lunch, first time in Ketchikan. Destination for Filipino cuisine, including chicken adobo, served in an informal & bright setting. The bartender was pretty much running the entire show, and making it look easy and carefree.more, Good stuff.
Everything was clean. The only thing edible was the onion rings. I had the Pacific Northwest Burger and highly recommend. There are two dining options in Annabelles. We ate here a couple of times on recent visit to Ketichikan. Be sure to stop here if your cruise has dropped you off. Friendly safe, lovely assortment of baked goods and pastries, I prefer a sweeter coffee and got just that. Fish is fresh, even the fries and the slaw are delicious and have an unexpected taste. Down town Ketchikan 2min walk to dmv food goog and service is great, The owners are awesome and kind people.You can never go wrong with subway.
They have picnic Ive been waiting to return to Ketchikan to go to Burger Queen, and finally today I am back and this is one of my first stops. Their hours are limited, 4 p.m.-9 p.m. Tuesday-Saturday. It's something of a local legend. I understand this is a small town and there is a way you feel it's ok to treat the Locals and the Tourists. And she has done very good. People are so amazing and friendly , I had found here real friends . Many of us are foodies on the Wanderlog team, so naturally were always on the hunt to eat at the most popular spots anytime we travel somewhere new. Our drinks never got refilled and waitress never came back over after we got the food. Chowder is thicker then say, what I'm used to in Seattle but tasty.
Home made French fries aremore, Awesome coffee. I found this place by accident. But don't get me wrong Tracy was good too. A different selection than what Safeway has, and they have some Kirkland products. The pastries looked delicious. Lots of great choices on the menu - had to go twice!! Hands down the best western burger. When you travel it is so hard to get this quality of food. Food is split between surf and turf, with the former being slightly better in terms of Breakfast in Ketchikan. We had a great experience for our first time eating here.
Well, the locals all agree, it would be a shame to visit the Salmon Capital of the World without trying some of their freshest catches. Highly recommend this place! If youre looking for legendary Alaska seafood, you could not have come to a better place. As we stayed at the Cape Fox Lodge two nights, I ate a few meals at the lodges Heen Kahidi Dining Room. Wonderful view across the bay. Guess the staff has been fine being pretty much closed for the past year with covid and not want to make any money and be happy to be back open. My friend lived the salmon bagel. Good vegetarian options. I really loved my fish and chips. Beautiful building, big menu, clean and well cared for,more. It's both. Bog-standard but extensive grocery store on the side of Plaza Mall with a salad bar, a Starbucks, deli and ready-to-eat items, including Chinese food, and a dining area overlooking the boat traffic on Tongass A good selection for a town of this size, although the prices could be better. The people were very friendly and the service was quick. At the edge of Ketchikans notorious red light district on Creek Street, the tour ends at New York Cafe in a private dining room where the chef prepares several courses, all centered around the catch of the day. Next year we will be back in Alaska but until then I'll keep ordering online and shipping First time in Salmon Market and YOU have to go! The Prosciutto Flat Brass is to die for. Trust me. I understand covid happened. Any dairy items (specifically milk/cream) is absolutely expired on more than one occasion before the expiration date. My other complaint is the wait was much too long. And all this before the menu gets down to the crab: whole or just the legs. My eight year old daughter loved the chicken lo mien. Stopped here to eat during my cruise. The owner and bar tender and a couple of the locals were absolutely hilarious and fun to be around. You read that right: Burger Queen. The food was very good. And this queen knows what shes doing. Creative and delicious pizzas, nice selection of local brews, and a fun atmosphere. Stand in line, We had a few hours off ship and found this amazing off-the-beaten path bar, The Asylum, next to the best halibut sandwich/burger place (Burger Queen.). Ken was the most helpful staff member I have ever met in all my years of traveling. You can get an early start to the day as doors open at 6:00 a.m. You cant miss breakfast though, because its served all day. My kind of lunch. Read our Privacy Policy. The waitress was super accommodating and able to take my comments in stride. Definitely worth any wait. These need to be washed down by a big glass of milk!

Often cone here for lunch with friends. They just weren't made well and way too sweet!
Plus, I felt like everything was extremely expensive for what we got. They deserve major props, but this shit was like down syndrome Got the Californian pizza in medium size. I only ate upstairs in the sports bar. King crabs are cooked to perfection and flash frozen to lock in the flavor. And of course the service, the folks there are super friendly and helpful! Annabelles Famous Keg & Chowder is well-known for its fresh Alaskan Seafood. But for a disclaimer, the traditional kare-kare, which this restaurant didn't seem to follow, contains lots more ingredients that I don't actually eat. The chowder is a must-try since its in their name and is said to be the best seafood chowder in Alaska. We ordered a breakfast sandwich, a bowl of oatmeal, a simple pastry, and three drinks and we spent over $50! They also close completely for a couple of months during the winter. Definitely a must-do if youre in town.
If that sounds like you, head over to my favorite hole-in-the-wall Mexican restaurant, Chicos, for a heavenly slice of za. You can get your choice of halibut or red snapper. She was wonderful on the phone. Huge portions, friendly staff, nice views, and a really good value on the King Crab legs. I was right, and wrong. To be honest, she isnt far off. Had to go as far as to leave because I asked if I could have Chili instead of meat on the nachos.
Hands down the best crab I've ever had and I've had A LOT! Enjoyed it!!! I went to this resturant when i was sad and drunk, and i promptly got kidnapped. IT WAS FIRE!! I had heard about the "happy bears".
Menu item were mostly not of Pilipino dish. Halibut and chips very good. They have great chowder which we had and the crab selection is great. It's American, Chinese food, so Basically it is ok-ish.
