The shipping, cardboard, Styrofoam, manufacturing, waste of people's time, and god the cost to EVERYONE involved. the first order had an incorrect finish glaze, and the replacement order received yesterday, again, has an incorrect finish glaze. no quality control. The laminate/veneer was not matching up, it's like somebody used a 10 year old rusty table saw to make the cuts. A modest amount of cabinets was still quite expensive (~$12.5k after 30% and 10% discounts at the time). As stated, a remaining list has still been provided to the company.

My installer gutted and renovated my entire kitchen, he's a professional wood worker and custom home builder - best of the best. In the end I told Diamond I was tired of replacing their poor product with a worse one, and I wasn't going to delay my kitchen project any more (already doubled the time because of them).
