It was so relaxing and the spa manager Waew so nicely accommodated our requests, appointment changes and when something wasnt possible she felt so bad she showered us with spa goodies. The whole stay was very enjoyable as the staff were very efficient, food in the different restaurants was good, bookings for massages/ kids activities, in-room dining and transfer arrangements were all fast and smooth.
