I almost always let the yellow glue set up for a minimum of 3 hoursjust to be safe. The only glue you should use on a violin is hide glue. My gut says it should be fine, but my gut isnt always right. I repair a lot of furniture and Gorilla Glue, or any other polyurethane glue is not really glue at all, its a polyurethane foam that sticks to things well. Titebond 1, 2 & 3 wood glues all take around 6 hours to fully dry. TiteBond I and II are somewhat water resistant, with II much more so than I, so indoor use is just fine.

As with all PVAs (what TiteBond is), it suffers from joint creep under load and this is accelerated with moisture. In general I keep just one on hand too. My glue up (when more than two glue lines are involve) are artsy; pieces always shift a little when putting the clamp pressure and I always too late to fix it . Great thread, and timeless. [Its a Craftsman style design with some fairly hefty panels so an extended open time would help make sure everything is squared up before I drive the tenon pegs into the stiles.
