The Giant Sequoias Grove is located at a higher elevation and the hike is dependent on trail conditions, especially from October through May. All the 34 tourists were in the us for few minutes and our guide/chauffeur Mike apologized for the delay and that he contacted his office and they were getting in touch with him and that we should be out of there in 5 minutes. Miserable! On the way back they picked up a camper that was not part of the original group. Both had very different styles and we enjoyed our tour very much. Gave a lot of great information about the area. Allow down time to enjoy Yosemite's many attractions by adding an overnight stay is a great way to go. Bus ride was smooth, cool air on bus and plenty of stops, for both pictures and refreshments.
