You can add a mandrel attachment to bend extremely thin tubing. Got the HD model for the bend anything I want and more attitude. We noted your invoice with the one backorded part (HD sleeve, not needed to run the machine unless you're bending really heavy walled tube). I am only halfway done with my cage and have already started doing side jobs. It's great for old dudes who's body is a little worn out- the air over hydro cylinder makes bending anything that fits really easy. The perfect tool.

I've researched tons of tubing bender options and none seem to come close to this in terms of quality and cost. Our tubing notcher can notch nearly anything. You can forget about 90 degree 1 shot benders that stop at 90. If that doesn't say something about the quality, I don't know what does.

This machine can bend solid steel bar up to 2 diameter! Big shout-out to the guys at Roguefab as they have some seriously killer product!! You can upgrade to pressure roller dies for more complex bend geometry and bending aluminum. Also 5-star customer service from Jarrod helping me pick out the correct parts for my use.
Darren. The clamping feature for your tubing is a really good for keeping your bends accurate. Our M605 can also make S-Bends, which is shown in our videos section. Furthermore, it can bend: While this metal tube bender can bend super thick DOM tubing, it also bends thin 4130 chromoly for roll cages, and can still make accurate 3D bends with ease on either material. Very easy to use for a dumb welder like me. The vertical operation saves floor space and allows the ability for easy mounting. Works great! You can add a mandrel attachment to bend extremely thin tubing. Product was missing the bottom brace which I sourced from my own shops materials.

I bought the M605 with pressure rollers to bend mostly anodized aluminum without scarring as a replacement to the Hossfelder I had. Seems a little unorganized and kind of a hassle for just spending $2300. It worked great for his VW Baja engine cage! Definitely suggest this bender. By far the easiest and best bender Ive used. Prior to purchasing the 600HD bender, I had zero experience bending tube. Awesome tubing Bender I got the M60 one and it performs amazingly just make sure you tighten your clamp lockdown and the fact that it tells you on the side how many Inches per degree u bend is a nice feature that I really really like and lets be honest the tubing benders just look awesome vary nice styling There was a mistake with my order on the slide blocks but they instantly took care of it and send them to me so has been nothing but an amazing experience when I was having problems not knowing my clamp blocks werent tight enough they were able to direct me in the right way of fixing my situation. Cut a notch on compound angles, adjust quickly without tools, indicate notch angles accurately, and notch in the middle of a bend! By varying the thickness of 1.75 DOM, cages can be made for a wide range of cars that will fulfill NASA and SCCA rules, with just one die! This package seemed like the best bang for my buck. The only way i could "see" any deformation in the tube from bending was with a micrometer. We only design tools that fulfill a new need. Everything just dropped into place. I also came up with a better way to position the two upright plates equal distance from each other. I purchased my m600 HD a few months back and very quickly fell in love with it! I built a roll cage, tube front end, and bumpers with the one I use and the only issue Ive ever had is remembering which side of the mark to put the block on. BOUGHT THE WELD TOGETHER KIT. At my work i use the ercolina and it takes sooooo long to set up and the m600 takes minutes.
