I have submitted multiple refund requests, which are responded to by saying "we will resolve this in 24 hours", and then have gotten no answers or refund. * Vestiaire Collective attempted to help this customer through the Sitejabber Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond. Every time I try to make a chat, it gets ended within a few minutes of me waiting for a representatives help. I've also been in contact with Vestiaire's customer service (to change my address) and the communication was smooth and easy. I want a full refund for shipping authentication and the full price of the bag. No customer care number just email which they take forever to reply to!I sold my item and was told payment will appear in my account within 5days. Awaiting an order sent from VC 10 days ago, tracking status has not been updated for 8 days.
