However, after the initial trip, and once the dress was paid for, they failed to tell me that I would need to come in for multiple fittings. Surprisingly enough I tried on a dress that wasn't so appealing on the hanger but it was my dream dress when I put it on! Debbie told us that she would take care of my granddaughters ordering and when the items came in she would have them ready for her. It was a bit over budget but Debbie assured me that I could arrange a payment plan and we would make this dream become a reality over the next 11 months. Email took 3 weeks for a response, I responded right away, and it's been another 5 days and no response back. :). In the end, they gave me a great discount and even shipped the dress to a store closer to my house. The last thing I want to mention, is the three times that I came in, after the dress was paid, the girls were rude and didn't seem to care about what was needed to be done to my dress. She basically insisted that it didn't need to be tighter & i ended up not getting it as tight as I wanted it because I gave up & it ended up being a little loose.
